| 摘 要： | 人本道德在我国有着极其深厚的历史渊源，它要求企业家以“人”为价值核心、出发点和终极目标，尊重人、重视人。企业家的人本道德具有重要的伦理价值，使企业家具备人本道德，既要求有外部制度规范的约束，更要求企业家自身对人本道德的体认，并外化为企业家的自觉行为。

| Abstract: | Humanistic morality has a long history in China, and it demand that the entrepreneur look human beings as the starting point and goal, respect people and value people. Entrepreneur＇s humanistic morality has important ethical value. They has humanistic morality, demanding restraint of exterior system standard, and even needing they own realization to humanistic morality, and leting it beeome they own aware behaviors. |
