摘    要:本文主要介绍大口径钢管内壁电积光亮铜的试制工艺。该工艺将光亮镀铜和电积铜两方法融合一体,在管体内壁沉积一层较厚的光亮平整的致密铜层。突破了电镀工艺的局限性,简化了大尺寸管件内壁加工的过程。文中对影响工艺各因素也作了简要的叙述。

Abstract:An introduction is given to the process of electrodepositing a bright copper layer onto inner surface of big calibre steel tube. This process incorporates copper electro-plating and copper electro-depositing into one method and deposits one thick, dense, smooth and bright layer onto the inner surface of steel tube. This method signifies a breakthrough in electro-plating process and simplifies the procedure for treating the inner surface of big calibre steel tube. Various parameters which may influence the process are briefly described.
