热致调光中空玻璃窗光热性能研究

摘    要:采用羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)、氯化钠、纯净水研制了热致调光材料,测试了不同配比下该材料的热致转变温度、光谱透过率.通过数值分析,研究了热致调光中空玻璃窗模型的热致浑浊转变速度,并通过实际测试比较了热致调光中空玻璃窗与普通中空玻璃窗及Low-E中空玻璃窗的辐射透过率.结果表明:羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)、氯化钠、纯净水的质量比为2∶10∶100时,可以满足实际建筑热致转换需求,以此配比研制的热致调光中空玻璃窗应用于亚热带地区建筑,能自动阻隔夏季约90%的太阳辐射热量,而冬季又能透射约70%的太阳辐射能.
