| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种水性、模块化、高温固化的硅烷金属防腐保护技术——溶胶-凝胶技术。探讨了其应用于金属预处理和金属表面处理上所取得的效果。结果表明,通过其体系各组分间的搭配使用能够提供很好的防腐蚀性能、疏水疏油的"易清洁"/"抗指痕"效果,且可大大提高耐候性。产品为水性,完全符合欧洲无有害物质释放标准(RoHS),在无铬钝化方面有很好的市场应用前景。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces a modularized silicone technology of water-borne and high-solid for metal anticorrosion protection,the sol-gel technology; and discusses the effect of the technology used in metal pretreatment and surface treatment,showing that proper compositions can provide good anticorrosion property,water and oil repellent "easy clean"/"finger mark proofing" effect and excellent weatherability. Being water-borne,it is completely in conformity with the standard RoHS,and is of good use prospect in chromium-free passivation. |
