数控加工非圆曲线轮廓的节点坐标优化算法

摘    要:针对非圆曲线轮廓零件数控加工程序编制过程中节点坐标的计算问题,分析了常用的逼近线段和节点坐标计算方法的优缺点,提出采用优化设计的一维搜索方法确定节点的坐标.根据逼近线段与非圆曲线的几何关系,给出了计算节点坐标的公式和计算过程框图.
