摘    要:研究了烷基取代的可溶性金属酞菁化合物Pr4MPc/PMMA的DIP薄膜的光谱特性和光存储性能.研究表明,该薄膜在可见光波段有优良的吸收和反射特性,以该薄膜作记录介质的5″光盘的静态测试显示其反射对比度大于35%,动态测试信噪比大于40dB。

Abstract:Spectroscopic properties and optical storage performances of spin-coated soluble metallophthalocyanine Pr4MPc/ PMMA films were studied. Pr4MPc showed different absorption spectra for the chloroform solvent and the spin-coated films. The spin-coated film based 5" disk testing showed that its reflectivity contrast C was bigger than 35% in a static optical storage testing, and the signal to noise ratio(SNR) was 40 dB in a dynamic optical storage testing.
