摘    要:该项目根据宝钢钢板打孔和打标的实际需要出发,研制出新型脉冲调Q Nd:YAG激光打孔和打标两用激光加工系统所用的计算机操作系统;开发应用软件,并辅助以硬件设备,可利用多功能数字输入输出计数器/定时器PCL-836(A)产生频率、幅值、脉冲宽度、脉冲组数等均可自由调整的控制脉冲信号,能够满足现场各类打孔打标需要,脉冲输出准确率100%.

Abstract:According to the demand of laser drilling and marking on steel sheet in Bao-Steel Corporation, a computer control system used in a Q-switched Nd: YAG laser is developed and relevant hardware facility is designed. Equipped with a multifunctional digital signal input and output counter/timer PCL- 836 (A), the computer control system can produce pulse signal with adjustable pulse frequency, pulse amplitude, pulse width and number of pulse group, which can meet the practical requirement of laser drilling and marking. The accuracy of pulse output can get to 100%.
