摘    要:通过评价约20种商品破乳剂单剂对鲁宁管输原油乳液的脱水效果,筛选出2种协同效应较好的单剂PA-1、PB-2,并通过正交实验得出适宜的复配方案为:PA-1/PB-2(质量比)=1/(1~2),添加剂(含N低分子有机物)用量5%~10%,主剂总投加质量浓度13.5~18 mg’L。并命名该复配物为YL-2010破乳剂。其较佳使用质量浓度为30~40 mg/L,脱水率75.0%~77.5%,缓蚀率41.8%~50.2%,经武汉石油化工厂两套脱盐装置连续应用8个月,原油脱盐、脱水及切水油含量合格率均达100%。

Abstract:Two varieties of demulsifiers having obvious synergistie effects,i.e. PA-1 and PA-2, were selected out for Lu-Ning pipeline crude oil by means of evaluating the dewatering effeeiency from about 20 kinds of commercial demusifers, then PA-1,PB-2 and a N-containing additive (NS) were mixed to form 2 compounded demulsifier. Through the orthogonal experiments, the optimal conditions were obtained as follows: mass ratio of PA-1/PA-2=1: (1-2), amount of NS is 5%-10%, mass concentration of total demulified is 13.5-18 mg/L,and this compounded demutsified was nominated as YL-2010. When YL-2010 was used in Lu-Ning pipeline crude oil at the level of 30-40 mg/L, the dewatering rate was 75%-77.5%, and its anticorrosion rate is 41.8%-50.2%. It has been applied in two desalting plants for more than 8 months, and up to the standerds.
