摘    要:运用同时蒸馏萃取法提取中药化橘红挥发油成分,毛细管气相色谱-质谱联用技术对挥发油成分进行分离,峰面积归一化法定量分析,共分离出143种成分,鉴定出其中的61种成分,其含量占挥发油总量的94.5%。主要成分是:柠檬烯(75.8%)、棕榈酸(3.8%)等。

Abstract:Simultaneous distillation extraction (SDE) was coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS)for separation of volatile oil from exocarpium citri grandis, a traditional Chinese medicine. The volatile oil compounds were quantified by the accuracy of area percent. It was separated into 143 components, among which 49 were identified, accounting to about 94.5% of the total volatile oil components. The main components are limonene (75.8%) and palmitic acid (3.8%).
