西咸新区海绵城市建设对南昌市的启示

摘    要:2015年4月我国首批海绵城市建设试点以来,西安市政府大力推进西咸新区海绵城市建设和发展,已成为我国海绵城市建设的典范。近年来,南昌市海绵城市建设虽小有成绩,但是仍存在排水管网系统未进行雨污分流、海绵城市建设缺乏有效的技术支撑、公众对海绵城市建设参与意识不强等问题。南昌市可充分借鉴西安市西咸新区的先进建设管理经验,组建独立的海绵城市建设管理部门、实施排水系统升级改造工程,加大对海绵城市建设人员专业知识培训力度,开展“海绵城市建设”知识宣贯,倡导全民参与海绵城市建设,助力南昌市海绵城市建设迈上“新台阶”。

Abstract:Since constructing the first batch of pilot projects of sponge city in China in April 2015, Xi''an government has vigorously promoted the construction and development of sponge city in Xixian new district, which has become a model of sponge city construction in China. In recent years, although the construction of sponge city in Nanchang has made little achievements, there are still some problems, such as the lack of rain and sewage diversion in the drainage pipe network system, the lack of professional and technical talents and technical support in the construction of sponge City, and the lack of public awareness of participation in the construction of sponge city. Nanchang can fully learn from the advanced construction and management experience of Xixian new area, establish an independent sponge city construction management department, carry out the upgrading and reconstruction project of drainage system, strengthen the professional knowledge training and technical support for sponge city construction personnel, conduct the knowledge publicity and implementation of "sponge city construction", and advocate the whole people to participate in the construction of sponge city, for the sake of pushing the sponge city construction in Nanchang to a new level.
