| Abstract: | By researching the feasibility of realizing the water conservancy modernization in Lhasa,the favorable conditions and restricted factors are obtained. The idea of carrying out aid for Tibet in the new period is put forward for achieving the goal of water conservancy modernization in Lhasa. |
