| Abstract: | According to the double pressures of flood control,drought relief and economic development,idea about returning fish to lake plan of Si Zhuang lake in Jurong is put forward from necessity,feasibility and fund investment of returning fish to lake. A new way of flood control,drought relief and economic development is actively explored. |
