摘    要:基于数字信号处理器(DSP)生成多路单线圈振弦传感器的起振信号并采集其共振频率,内置DS18B20测量环境温度,修正共振频率,进而算出当前时刻所受外力;另外,结合SD卡、实时时钟DS1302和无线通信模块实现大容量数据实时存储和远程组网监测等功能.采用多反馈带通滤波器提取传感器共振所感应的衰减正弦波,再进行放大、比较并整理成同频方波,然后利用DSP的脉冲边沿捕获单元实现共振频率的高精度采集.

Abstract:A circuit to intermittently stimulate the vibrating-wire transducers is designed and the multiple feedback band-pass filter and the hysteretic comparator to modify the signal from the vibrating-wire transducers are adopted.The vibrating frequency is obtained based on DSP processor,and the chip DS18B20 is utilized to attain the ambient temperature for amending the obtained vibrating frequency.The real-time clock chip DS1302,the SD card,and the wireless communication module are chosen to implement an intelligent measurement which can backup the real-time data and remote monitoring as a network form.USing multi-feedback bandpass filter to extract the attenuation of the sensor resonance sensors sine wave,and then zoom,compare and organize into the same frequency square wave,and then use the pulse edge capture unit DSP to achieve the resonance frequency of the high-precision acquisition.
