氢气加热炉炉管设计选材探讨

摘    要:以操作条件苛刻、选材难度大的加氢处理装置氢气加热炉炉管为研究对象,分析了其高温、高压、临氢操作的介质环境特点,从理论上探讨了氢腐蚀、高温硫化氢腐蚀、连多硫酸腐蚀产生的机理、腐蚀形态和影响因素,最后提出了工程设计选材应遵循Nelson曲线和Couper曲线的原则,并以兰州炼油化工总厂加氢精制装置的设计为实例,给出了加热炉炉管选材可采取的思路和步骤。

Abstract:Characteristics of high temperature,high pressure and hydrogen ambient for tubes of hydrogen heater were analyzed.Corrosion mechanism,corrosion forms and affecting factors of hydrogen corrosion,high temperature H 2S corrosion and polythionic acid corrosion were discussed.It was pointed out that material selection in engineering design must abide by both Nelson and Couper curves.Ideas and steps of material selection for heater tubes were given with a practical example.
