摘    要:介绍了常规抽油机改进设计的依据和原则,然后对驴头、游梁、横梁、连杆、曲柄平衡装置、底座、支架等部件进行了具体的改进设计,并增加了异相游梁平衡重量;在此基础上,对改进后的游梁、连杆、横梁进行了校核计算,并运用ANSYS结构分析软件,选择典型的工况对支架进行了应力和刚度分析。结果表明,常规抽油机经过改进设计之后,不仅结构趋于合理,使用安全可靠,而且整机重量下降11.9%。

Abstract:The paper introduced the principle of opera tional design on conventional pumping unit at first Then, to THE OPERATIONAL DESIGN OF CYJ8 3 37HB TYPE CONVENTIONAL PUMPING UNIT GUO Dengming and JIANG Shan(Mechanical Engineering Institute, Yangtse River University, Jmgzhou, Hubei 434023, China), ZHU Yongmin and LIU Yunzhen( Machinery Factory, Henan Petroleum Exploration Bureau), DPT 28 (3), 2005:71-73 Abstract: The paper introduced the principle of opera tional design on conventional pumping unit at first Then, to horsehead, balance beam, crossbeam, link, crank - balanced unit, basement and supporter etc. carried out the specific operational design and increased the weight of out - of - phase beam-balanced pumping unit. Meanwhile, the improved balance beam, cross beam and link were put to check calculation, and the stress and stiffness of supporter in typical operating mode were analysed by using ANSYS software. After conventional pumping unit was improved, its structure is more reasonable than before, and the weight decreases by 11.9%.
