基于WSEIAC模型的某型舰炮武器系统效能评估

WSEIAC武器系统效能分析模型，通过确定武器系统的组成、武器系统的可能状态、可用度向量、武器系统的可信度矩阵、武器系统的能力向量，计算并分析武器系统效能等步骤实现。针对一种典型的作战环境运用该模型对某型小口径舰炮武器系统效能进行计算和分析，包括计算系统可用度、可信度、固有能力，最后再求取该型舰炮武器系统作战时的系统效能。

Assessment for Effectiveness of a Certain Type of Naval Gun Weapon System Based on WSEIAC Model

The paper introduces WSEIAC model and its application in effectiveness analysis of weapon system. The whole steps of effectiveness evaluation includes： the determination of the weapon system＇s composition, the weapon system＇s possible state, availability vector, reliability matrix and power vector of weapon system; calculation and analysis of weapon system＇s effectiveness. We used the model to calculate and analyze light naval gun weapon system＇s effectiveness in a certain type of classic combat environment, including calculation of system＇s availability, reliability and inherent capability. Finally, we obtained the system effectiveness of this type of naval gun weapon system in the war.
