摘    要:本文首先报导了一台非直喷轻型柴油机485Q排气微粒的物理特性的实验结果。接着叙述了一种泡沫陶瓷排气微粒后处理器的研制工作。485Q柴油机台架试验表明,泡沫陶瓷滤芯可降低柴油机微粒排放量50%以上。当排气温度超过450~480℃时,已沉积在滤芯上的微粒可自行燃烧,使滤芯获得再生。在柴油中添加少量某些金属有机物,再生温度可降低。

Abstract:In the first part of the paper, the testing results of physical properties of a light-duty IDI diesel engine exhaust particulate are reported. In the second part, the development of a prototype particulate trap-oxidizcr with ceramic foam as trapping clement to reduce diesel engine exhaust particulate emission level is presented. Tests of the trap on the 485Q engine show that ceramic foam trap reduces particulate emissions by more than 50% on the basis of mass concentration. Trapped particulate deposits incinerate spontaneously when exhaust gas temperature reaches over 450-480℃, reducing the resistance of the trap to exhaust flow(trap regenerated) . By the aid of metal-organic fuel additives the regeneration temperature may be lowered.
