摘 要: | 通过壳聚糖在二氧化硅纳米粒表面的沉积制备了壳聚糖包覆的二氧硅(CS@SiO2)。采用BSA作为模型蛋白,研究了CS@SiO2作为蛋白载体的可能性。结果表明,CS@SiO2可有效吸附BSA且可控释放被吸附的BSA。

Abstract: | Chitosan (CS) coated silica nanoparticles (CS@SiO2) were prepared by deposition of CS onto surface of SiO2. Using bovine serum albumin (BSA) as a model protein molecule, the potential of CS@SiO2 as a protein carrier was investigated. It was found that the adsorbed BSA on CS@SiO2 carrier exhibited a controlled release profil. |
