| Abstract: | Based on the energy cosumption survey of public buildings in Chongqing,the problems with energy consumption of HVAC systems of public buildings were analyzed.According to the characteristics of energy cosumption of HVAC systems of the public building,some measures to improve energy effiency of HVAC systems from three aspects of design,operating management,regulations and policies were discussed. |
