前纺工程在线与离线检测技术的发展

摘    要:梳棉机及前纺各工序的在线、离线检测监控技术已发展为由电子计算机技术、传感技术、变频调速技术以及网络信息技术与前纺纺纱技术相结合的高技术检测系统,文章以梳棉机为重点,论述了在线及离线检测监控技术对纺部制品质量的稳定与提高的重要作用.

Abstract:On-line and off-line detecting system in carding and other fore-spinning processes has developed to be high-tech detecting system which combines comput.sensor,frequence converter speed adjustment and net information with fore-spinning technology. In this paper are mainly described the inportant functions of on-line and off-line detecting system in keeping staple and improving spinning product quality by taking carding machine as a focussed example.
