摘    要:从不同地域低阶煤中分离筛选得到低阶煤降解菌群,选取其中降解能力最强的菌群,对其降解内蒙古霍林河褐煤产生的黄腐酸特性及产品效果进行初步研究,并与真菌(Penicillium sp,P6)降解内蒙古霍林河褐煤得到的黄腐酸进行比较,研究褐煤经不同微生物降解后黄腐酸的特性及生物活性的差别.结果分离得到优势降解菌群3个.紫外-可...

Abstract:Bacterial consortium was isolated from low rank coal collected from different places.The character and biological activity of fulvic acid,produced by the most effective mixed-culture,were studied,and compared with the fulvic acid produced from lignite by Penicillium sp.P6 in this work.The results showed that 3 consortia had the ability to degrade the low-rank coal,and the SL-2 was the most effective one.Ultraviolet-visible absorption spectra and FT-IR spectra indicated the character of fulvic acids produced...
