摘    要:为了提高盖板针布针尖部的淬火质量,即实现针尖部为细针(隐针)状马氏体、碳化物分布均匀的金相组织,以提高盖板针布的耐磨性,在金轮公司现行火焰淬火配置基础上,针对双凸面粗线径和双凸面细线径两种不同钢丝线规号的盖板针布,通过优化氧气流量、液化气流量和盖板针布输送速度,优化火焰淬火工艺.工艺优化试验结果表明,双凸面粗线径盖板针...
