| 摘 要： | 说明了废钢指数（S）是衡量钢铁工业废钢资源充足程度的判据。简明地分析了钢产量变化与S值之间的关系。根据统计资料，估算了1988-1997年间中、日、美三国的S值。在此基础上讨论了这三国钢铁工业的流程结构及今后可能发生的变化。

| Abstract: | The steel scrap index (S), as the criterion for defining the degree of availability of steel scrap for steel industry, is shortly defined. The relationship between S and the annual output of crude steel is analyzed in a simple way. The S for P. R. China, Japan and USA in the period of 1988 1997 is calculated based on published statistical data. Taking the calculation results as reference, the structures of steel manufacturing processes in these countries and possible changes in the future are discussed. |
