| 摘 要： | 介绍了卧螺离心机基本结构和工作原理,基于脂油混合润滑方式,对轴承座进行了改造,使得离心机在分离不同分离因数的物料时,可以根据不同的轴承转速选择不同的润滑方式,达到既确保良好的分离效果,同时也降低生产成本的目的。

| Abstract: | The fundamental structure and principle of horizontal screw decanter centrifuge was introduced.The bearing seat was improved based on combined lubrication of oil and grease method,so the decanter centrifuge can choose different lubrication methods according to the rotate speed of bearing when separating the materials with different separation factor,it insures good separation effect and reduce the product cost. |
