不浸酸铬鞣剂C-2000的凝胶色谱分析

摘    要:通过对不同pH条件下不浸酸铬鞣剂C-2000进行凝胶色谱分析,结果发现:C-2000在存放过程中,分子总体上大小变化不明显,鞣液的分子还是小分子,表明鞣液成分的含量有所改变;若不浸酸鞣剂pH在3.5及4.5的环境中,其分子质量变化明显,分子大小更加均匀,因而表现出更好的鞣性,此时鞣剂可能既有单点配位又有双点和多点配位,为有桥键、螯合环的复杂的多碱及多酸混配型多核配合物。

Abstract:The tanning liquor of no-pickling Chromitan C-2000 was inv estigated with Gel Chromagraphy at different pH values. The results show that du ring storage of C-2000 tanning liquor, the change of molecular size is not appar ent and main component of the complex is still the small molecule, which indicat e that there are some changes among the content of the tanning solution. While a t pH 3.5 and 4.5, the change of molecular size is obvious, and the distribution is more even, which indicates that the tannage has better tanning ability. At th e moment, it is a mix-multinuclear complex crosslinking with bridge bond and che late ring, which is maybe attributed to the presence of single and dual coordina tion as well as multiple coordination.
