摘    要:用气相色谱与质谱联用(GC/MS)的选择离子检测技术分析了纯苯中的噻吩,通过以噻吩作内标进行叠加定量,最后回归出噻吩的质量浓度为0.01~2.00μg/g与仪器积分面积间的曲线关系(r=0.999)。检测下限为1×10-2μg/g。结果表明此方法具有快速、灵敏、可重复性等特点。

Abstract:This paper decribes the analysis of trace thiophene in refined benzene with selected ion monitoring technology of GC/MS.Quantitative method was established by adding pure thiophene which acts as internal standard into the sample solution.The correlative curve between the response value of the instrument and the concentration of thiophene (0 01~2 00μg/g)in sample solution has been regressed.The correlation coefficient is 0 999.The detection limit for thiophene is 0 01μg/g.The results show this method is rapid,sensitive and reproducible.
