水泥球磨机用中铬铸铁磨球的研究

摘    要:在含铬量为7%的中铬铸铁中加锰合金化,研究了热处理工艺对其机械性能及冲击磨损抗力的影响。结果表明适当地降低淬火温度可使含锰中铬铸铁获得良好的机械性能,在使用水泥磨料时的冲击磨损抗力与15-2-1马氏体高铬铸铁相当,代替高铬铸铁制造水泥球磨机磨球,在保证耐磨性的前提下降低成本,具有明显的经济效益。

Abstract:The effects of manganese as an additive alloying elenent and heat treatment technology on the mechanical properties and impact fatigue and wear resistance of medium- chromium white cast iron containing 2% Cr were investigated. It's shown that medium - chromium white cast iron alloyed with manganese could achieve good mechanical properties by properly lowering quenching temperature and possess about the same impact fatigue wear resistance as the 15 - 2- 1 martensitic high chromium white cast iron when cement abrasire was perfored. Using medium chromium white cast iron grinding ball in cement ball mill instead of high chromium white cast iron can lower the material cost and wouldn't diminish the ball's wear resistance, so that which could gain evident economical benefit.
