| 摘 要： | 阐述了磨球破碎率高的主要原因是碳化物呈连续网状，采用了加复合变质剂ＲＡ１和ＲＡ２进行复合变质处理，使连续网状碳化物断网，并对症热处理工艺进行了探讨。采用新工艺后，可获得满意的质量效果和显著的经济效益。

| Abstract: | The present paper describes the reason which causes the high broken rate of grinding balls with continuous reticulated shape of carbide. The reticulated carbide could be broken away by a new method of modification by composite modifier: RA1 and RA2. A study on heat treatment technology was carried out and the new technology can meet the quality requirements of the castings and bring up remarkable economical benifits. |
