| 摘 要： | 分析了我国土地储备制度运行中存在的主要问题:法律依据、功能定位、储备机构、收购范围和收益分配,然后从储备机构的性质和功能、土地储备的法律地位、土地收购补偿、储备资金来源、土地储备量的确定等方面提出了进一步完善我国土地储备制度的思路。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the operation of land reserve system of China: legal basis,function positioning,reserve organization,scope of acquisition and profit allocation,and puts forward the train of thoughts of perfecting land reserve system in China from the aspects of the nature and function of reserve organs,the legal position of land reserve,the compensation for land acquisition,the source of reserve capital,and the determination of land reserve scale. |
