挤压和卷吸效应耦合作用润滑机理的研究

摘    要:本文根据双包络环面蜗杆传动的润滑特点,提出了能近似模拟这种蜗杆传动挤压效应和卷吸效应耦合作用的润滑机理的简化接触形式,对这种接触形式的润滑性能进行了理论分析.同时设计了相应的模拟试验台.对挤压效应和卷吸效应耦合作用的润滑机理进行了试验研究,并分析了主轴转速、加载速度和油腔深度对接触面间润滑油膜形式的影响.

Abstract:According to the lubrication character of the double enveloping hourglass worm gearing.the simplified contact form that can simulate the lubrication mechanism of coupling effect of squeezing effect and entraining effect of this worm gearing is presented. The lubrication behavior of the simplified contact form is analyzed theoretically. Then a simulated test set is designde. The lubrication mechanism of coupling effect of squeezing effect and entraining effect is studied by using this set. And effects of rotation speed, loading speed and depth of oil pocket on the forming of lubrication film between contact surfaces is analyzed.
