深港联合治理深圳河工程的合作及启示

本文通过对深圳河的背景、治理情况的介绍,对深圳河治理工程的管理架构、前期工作、建造合同管理等内容进行总结,阐明深圳河工程创造了界河治理工程的新模式、对深港两地建造业及其他领域融合的推动作用,以及对水利现代化建设的启示。研究成果可供城市河道治理提供参考和借鉴。

Cooperation and inspiration of Shenzhen River Regulation Project (jointly implemented by Hong Kong and Shenzhen)

Through the introduction on the background and the regulation status of Shenzhen River， the contents of the management framework， prophase work， construction contract management， etc. for Shenzhen River Regulation Project are summarized herein， and then the new mode of boundary river regulation project created by Shenzhen River Regulation Project， the driving role from the project to promote the amalgamation among the construction industries of both Hong Kong and Shenzhen and the other relevant fields as well as the inspiration of the modernization construction of water conservancy are illustrated. The study result can provide some references for the urban river regulation project concerned.
