我国建筑基础工程技术的现状和发展述评

摘    要:近十多年来,我国基础工程技术得到了全面发展,某些方面已达到国际先进水平,但测试技术和配套能力较差,工效较低、质量不够稳定。今后重视土的工程性质及测试技术的研究;开发地基处理新技术,新工艺;以灌注桩为重点,发展成桩新工艺、新设备、实现配套化、系列化;完善在坑支护技术;研究设计计算与方法,把我国地基基础技术提高到国际先进水平。

Abstract:In recent 10 years,our country's building foundation engineering technology has been fully developed.Hereafter,stress should be paid to the following factors 1,testing and research into engineering properties of soil;2,exploring of new technology on ground treatment;3,developing of bored pile new technics and systems;4,perfecting of foundation pit's retaining technology;5,researching into theories of design and calculation,and thus promoting our country's building foundation engineering technology up to an advanced international level.
