蒸发冷却电磁除铁器的研究

摘    要:
电磁除铁器是一种利用直流电磁线圈的电磁吸力将铁磁物质从非铁磁物质中分离出来的磁分离设备。其对提高煤炭质量有重要的作用。但是,随着容量的增大,电磁除铁器的温升问题越来越难以解决,该文首次将蒸发冷却技术应用到电磁除铁器领域,开展了水冷式蒸发冷却电磁除铁器和空冷式蒸发冷却电磁除铁器的研究,并对两种蒸发冷却电磁除铁器的运行试验结果进行了分析,证明蒸发冷却电磁除铁器的绕组温升低,温度分布均匀,且工作场强大。是电磁除铁器向大容量发展的方向。

Abstract:
The electromagnetic iron-separator is a device using the electromagnetic attractive force to separate the ferrom agnetic materials from the non-ferromagnetic malerials. It can improve the quahty of the coal. But with the increasing demands for the larger capacity, it is difficult to reduce the temperature rise of the electromagnetic iron-separator. Evaporative cooling technology is applied to the electromagnetic iron-separator the first time, the water-cooling and air-cooing evaporative cooling electromagnetic iron- separator are researched. The test results are analyzed, the results proved the temperature rise of evaporative cooling electromagnetic iron-separator is low, the temperature distribution is uniform, and the intensity of work magnetic field is big. Evaporative cooling electromagnetic iron-separator is the developing direction of the large electromagnetic iron- separator.
