摘    要:长期以来,"大力发展公共交通"政策在我国逐渐取得共识并成为各大城市积极推行的战略目标.文章从城市居民出行强度、出行方式与结构及出行空间分布等三个方面,以大量的调查数据,分析了1980年代以来我国特大城市的居民出行特征.同时指出导致居民出行公共交通方式比例下降的原因,主要在于城市交通设施的建设与城市用地的布局结构、控制引导与开发实施等方面缺乏有效的联系.

Abstract:For a long time, the strategy of "devote major efforts to developing public transportation' has reached complete identity of views in China, and has been carried out energetically in most of the Mega-cities. From the respect of urban resident trip strength, trip mode and O-D distribution, this paper analyses the characteristics of resident trip in Chinese Mega-cities from 1980's by a lot of data and examples. Furthermore, the paper points out that the true cause of decline in urban public transportation mode lies in the fact that we haven't more effective connection between the urban traffic facilities construction and the urban land-use, such as layout and structure, control and guidance, development and implement, etc.
