| 摘 要： | 我国正在逐步对电力行业进行改革,黑龙江省电力产业存在着电源结构不合理、供需不协调等一些不容忽视的问题.从黑龙江省电力产业的发展现状及存在的问题入手,通过对国外的经验借鉴,提出黑龙江省电力产业改革的对策.

| Abstract: | Reform of electric power industry in China has been promoted. There are such problems noticeable as irrational power source structure and unbalance of power supply and demand in Heilongjiang province. The paper proposed the countermeasures for Heilongjiang by focusing on existing problems and taking abroad successful experience for reference. |
