| 摘 要： | 通过开发数据库管理软件,对热处理工艺规程(HPS)文件进行微机化管理.该管理系统集工艺规程的创建、工艺规程的编辑、数据的查询、数据库的维护、工艺规程的打印输出功能于一体,并且建立了与CAPP 数据库了连接.该系统的建立不但简化了工艺编制的过程,缩短了技术准备周期;还有利于工艺文件的标准化、规范化;实现了工艺资源共享.

| Abstract: | Pass to develop the database management software,the heat-treatment procedure specification(HPS) should be managed in computer.The system can carry out that the document of HPS is created and edited,searched,printed and maintenance of database.established the conjunction with the database of CAPP.The system's foundation simplify the process of the craft establishment not only,shortenning the period of technique prepare;Return to benefit to the craft to standardize,Realizes the craft resources shares. |
