| 摘 要： | 夹渣是砂型铸造中常见的一种铸造缺陷，尤其是铸件需要进行MT和UT检测的时候，夹渣缺陷是导致铸件报废的重要缺陷之一。封闭式浇注系统的应用能够很好地解决铸件夹渣问题，但是，需注意防止“伪封闭式浇注系统”，不同类型的浇注系统的设计要点也各不相同。
