锅炉导汽管材质状态和蠕变剩余寿命评估

摘    要:通过宏观检查、超声探伤、磁粉探伤、金相检验、硬度测量、内壁氧化层厚度和金属层厚度测量等一系列的无损检验方法,对某电厂的锅炉导汽管进行了材质状态评估和蠕变剩余寿命估算。评估结果表明:所抽检的7根导汽管弯头显微组织均有一定程度的老化,硬度值正常,未见明显性能劣化,在目前运行条件下可安全运行两个大修期以上。
