高效液相色谱检测变压器油中糠醛最佳标准稀释剂的选择

摘    要:采用高效液相色谱法检测变压器油中糠醛所用糠醛标准溶液稀释剂对分析结果有显著影响。为筛选糠醛标准溶液稀释剂,对4种稀释剂(新基础油(未处理)、45号新变压器油、25号新变压器油、纯甲醇)进行试验。试验结果表明,45号新变压器油作为糠醛标准稀释剂对糠醛分析结果影响最小,测定结果准确性高,重复性好,并且在0.00~10.00 mg/L范围内线性良好。以45号新变压器油为糠醛标准溶液稀释剂,采用高效液相色谱法对近30台变压器油样中的糠醛含量进行分析,结果完全符合《油浸式变压器绝缘老化判断导则》的规定要求。
