燃煤电厂电袋复合除尘器试验研究

摘    要:在烟气处理量为50 000 m3/h的电袋复合除尘试验台上研究了静电场、过滤风速、粉尘浓度等因素对电袋复合除尘器运行特性的影响。结果表明:静电场可以除去烟气中的大部分粉尘,大大降低袋式除尘单元负荷,延长清灰周期,使布袋使用寿命得到延长;过滤风速和粉尘浓度主要影响电袋除尘器的运行阻力,对除尘效率基本没有影响。

Abstract:On the test stand of a combined dust collector being composed of electrostatic precipitator and bag type filter,and having a flue gas disposal capacity of 50 000 m3/h,the influence of factors,such as static electric field,air velocity for filtering,and dust concentration etc.,upon the perfomance in operation of said combined dust collector has been studied.Results show that the static electric field can remove a large part of dust,greatly reducing the load of bag type filter,lengthening the period of dust c...
