330MW机组凝结水泵变频改造及系统运行优化

摘    要:国电菏泽电厂三期330 MW机组凝结水泵(凝泵)实施变频改造后,为了进一步降低凝结水管道的压力损失,机组正常运行时全开除氧器水位主、副调节阀及其旁路电动阀。为了满足汽动给水泵(汽泵)密封水压力的需要,适当开启汽泵密封水旁路阀,同时对凝结水系统控制逻辑进行了优化。优化后凝泵在变频运行方式下节电效果明显,机组安全性得到进一步提高。
