超超临界1000MW机组给水泵汽轮机2种纯电液调节系统的对比研究

摘    要:介绍了超超临界1 000 MW机组给水泵汽轮机(小机)低压透平油和高压抗燃油纯电液调节控制系统设计、液压伺服系统、监视及紧急跳闸系统等,并对2种纯电液调节系统的结构、控制等进行了对比分析。结果表明,2种纯电液调节系统的主要差异在于液压伺服系统,但控制策略基本一致,控制功能均较成熟。低压透平油纯电液调节系统的控制精度为1‰,满足控制要求,具有系统简洁、环保性好、维护量少等优点,经济性和可靠性较好。
