摘    要:某电厂全膜法水处理系统在运行中出现膜块污堵、出力不足等问题,通过检查设备、分析水质和膜表面沉积物等发现,其原因为膜元件受到了有机物、生物和金属氧化物的混合污染,其中生物污染是造成超滤和反渗透系统清洗效果不明显的主要原因。对此,提出了加强进水监测、及时清洗等措施。

Abstract:The phenomena of pollutant clogging in membrane blocks and insufficient output capacity occurred in operation of integrated membrane water treatment system of one power plant.Through inspection of equipments,analysis of deposits on the membrane surface,it is discovered that the membrane elements are subjected to mixed pollution of organic matters,biomass,and metal oxides,among them,the biomass pollution is the main cause resulting in non-substantial effectiveness in cleaning of the ultrafiltering and revers...
