循环流化床锅炉床温主要影响因素仿真研究

摘    要:基于蒙西发电厂300 MW机组循环流化床(CFB)锅炉仿真系统,介绍了床温控制策略,并对影响床温的煤量、一次风量、循环灰量3个主要因素进行了仿真试验及量化分析。结果表明,在机组运行中,当煤量发生变化时一次风量将跟踪煤量变化,通过改变循环灰量的方法能够有效地调节床温。

Abstract:Based on the emulation system of CFB boiler equipped for supercritical 300 MW unit in Mengxi Power Plant,the control strategy of bed temperature has been presented,and three main affecting factors upon bed temperature,namely coal quantity,primary air flow rate,and circulating ash quantity,have been tested using emulation and quantitatively analysed.Results show that the primary air flow rate in operation of unit will change as the coal quantity changes.Through method of changing the circulating ash quantity...
