抗燃油产生凝胶的原因分析及处理

摘    要:对某电厂1台机组抗燃油系统滤网表面出现的凝胶进行了元素、红外分析,发现凝胶并非金属盐类,其成分与抗燃油成分相同,对该机组抗燃油进行了油质分析、再生处理等一系列试验。结果表明:该机组所用抗燃油酸值和电阻率均不满足运行油标准要求,已经严重劣化变质,滤网表面的凝胶为油质劣化后形成。采用KZTZ-2抗燃油在线再生脱水装置对该油进行再生后,彻底去除了油中的凝胶,油的主要指标恢复至新油水平。

Abstract:The elements of gel appeared on surface of the filtering screen in fire-resistant oil system of unit no.4 in one power plant have been analysed,the infrared analysis shows that the gel isn't non-metallic salt,the composition of gel is the same of that in the fire-resistant oil.A series of test,such as oil quality analysis and regeneration treatment etc.,has been carried out for fire-resistant oil used to the said unit.Results show that the fire-resistant oil used to said unit has seriously detereorated,the ...
