摘    要:针对某电厂500 MW机组塔式锅炉因受热面积灰污染而造成塌灰灭火、锅炉效率下降和局部受热面超温爆管等问题,建立了锅炉受热面污染状态监测系统,实现了对各级受热面实时污染状况的在线监测。在机组稳定负荷下,进行了受热面的吹灰试验。通过对试验结果的分析以及结合吹灰系统的运行状况,确定了锅炉各主要受热面的污染特性,据此提出了改造声波吹灰器、优化现有蒸汽吹灰器的运行方式等方案。实施后,吹灰系统运行状况良好,经济效益显著。
