柱面简谐热源激励下管内温度场特性的研究

摘    要:设计制作了一个新型的圆柱形装置,螺旋地缠绕在管壁上、并均匀布置在下端面的电热扁丝能够灵敏地将交流电功率转换成简谐热流信号。主要研究了在柱面简谐热源的激励下,圆管内空气温度场的分布特性。实验结果表明,轴向温度场呈现了显著的非线性特征;径向温度场震荡明显,呈现近似简谐分布;当简谐热流激励频率为500 Hz时,由腔体内建立的径向温度场分布可以发现,腔体中心位置处的温度值高于近壁面热源,存在热量叠加聚焦效应,出现了超温现象。

Abstract:A new cylindrical device was designed.The electro-thermal flat silk that spiraled around the pipe wall and evenly arranged in one end could sensitively convert the AC power signal to harmonic heat flow signal.The distribution characteristics of temperature field excited by cylindrical harmonic heat source had been studied.The experimental results showed that axial temperature field presented clearly non-linear characteristics.The oscillation in radial temperature field was obviously,approximately presented ...
