气相色谱-质谱联用仪研究风电叶片用环氧树脂

摘    要:本文采用气相色谱-质谱联用仪研究了四种风电叶片用环氧树脂的成分。结果发现:进口样品1#、2#、3#中双酚A(或F)环氧树脂所占的面积百分比分别为88.70%、83.48%、84.85%(其中双酚F占6.54%),比例大致相同;国产样品中双酚F占74.16%。进口样品1#、2#、3#和国产样品中的1,4-丁二醇二缩水甘油醚所占的面积百分比分别为5.52%、7.69%、7.76%和2.71%。

Abstract:In this paper,the component of four epoxy resins which used in wind-power blades were studied by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).It was found that the main components of the imported samples No.1,No.2,No.3 were bisphenol A(F) epoxy resin,area percentage account for 88.70%,83.48%,84.85%(bisphenol F take up 6.54%) respectively,proportion is much the same,while bisphenol F take up 74.16% in demostic sample.area percent-age of 1,4-Butylene glycol diglycidyl ether in imported samples No.1,No.2,No.3 a...
