基于数值模拟的多模腔熔料填充流动平衡工艺优化

摘    要:采用热流道系统的多模腔精密注射成型熔料的平衡填充过程较普通冷流道复杂。利用数值模拟对热流道板的温度场分布进行分析,优化热流道板的结构,获得较为合理的温度场分布,从而改善多腔注射模的平衡填充效果,提高制品质量和尺寸精度。

Abstract:In view of the complex process of flow balance filling in precision multi-cavity in- jection mould with hot runner system, the temperature distribution of the hot runner plate was analyzed and an optimal structure of hot runner plate was obtained which make the distribution of temperature field more reasonable and improve the effect of flow balance filling process by numerical simulation.
