摘    要:阐述了将碳纤维应用于制作太阳能电动车车身可以大幅度减轻车身质量,从而降低能源损耗。详细介绍了设计制作1/5碳纤维车身模具的研制思路、制作过程以及已获得的经验和方法,从而为太阳能电动车碳纤维整车的研制提供了技术基础,并验证了全碳纤维车身的可行性。

Abstract:The smallest energy loss can be achieved by using the carbon fiber to reduce the weight of the solar energy car. The development idea, manufacturing process and method of the 1/5 carbon fiber body of a solar electric vehicle were presented. The research provided the technical basis for manufacturing carbon fiber full-size solar car and the feasibility was verified.
